enforsa.app ("we", "our", or "us") operates the enforsa.app mobile application and the enforso.com website. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our service.
Information we collect
We collect the minimum information necessary to operate the reminder and scan-confirmation service:
- Account data — email address used for authentication.
- Reminder data — reminder titles, schedules, and associated QR/NFC tag identifiers you create. This data is stored on our servers so reminders can fire on schedule.
- Device data — push notification tokens and device identifiers, used solely to deliver notifications to your device.
- Completion events — timestamps of when a tag was scanned and a reminder confirmed. We do not track your physical location beyond the act of scanning.
How we use your information
- Deliver push notifications and, where enabled, phone-call escalations at scheduled times.
- Record scan confirmations so your reminders are marked complete.
- Improve reliability and debug issues in the service.
We do not sell your data. We do not use your reminder content for advertising.
Data retention
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from within the app. Deleted data is purged within 30 days.
Third-party services
We use Apple Push Notification service (APNs) to deliver notifications. Phone-call escalations are routed through a telephony provider. These providers receive only the minimum data required (device token, phone number) to deliver the message.
Security
All data is transmitted over HTTPS. We use industry-standard practices to protect data at rest. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children's privacy
enforsa.app is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
